Michael Gillette Michael Gillette graduated from Kingston University in London and started working on illustrated album covers and music videos for St. Etienne and Elastica. He started painting in acrylics, and his fine art resonated with musicians. He is perhaps best known in the UK for his companionable observations of the working lives of pop stars seen in The Face and Select Magazine. Michael is currently living in San Francisco.
